Welcome to the Outdoor Toy Company. Established in 2002 by Andrew Jameson and Marcus Greenwood, we are one of the few dedicated outdoor toy specialists. We only sell quality and we endeavour to provide an unparalleled level of service. We are here to offer advice, answer any questions, and (occasionally!) sort any problems.

We understand that choosing the right product for your child is important from both a safety and enjoyment perspective. As independent retailers (not manufacturers) we can offer 100% impartial advice. Whether via email, over the telephone or in the shop you will receive good, considered advice.

Being one of the largest specialists in the UK, we buy in bulk. We check our competitor's prices regularly, so we're confident that our prices will always be as competitive as possible. We have a range of package deals and special offers on many of our ranges designed to help you both save money and make the whole buying process easier.  Equally, whilst you might find the product (albeit only slightly) cheaper on the odd web site, it is worth comparing the levels of service, the speed of delivery, the product knowledge and the overall customer service of each store.  We genuinely believe that there is significant value in all of the above.

Good quality products:

Everything we sell is sourced from well known, reputable manufacturers. This means you can be safe in the knowledge that you have bought a quality product that conforms to all of the latest British and European Safety Standards (EN71). The large majority of our ranges are manufactured in the UK and Western Europe. The remaining products are built in the Far East where standards in build quality are incredibly tightly monitored by the manufacturers and are consequently very high.

Excellent customer services:

Because things can go wrong from time to time, we also know how important it is to look after customers once they have made a purchase. Should you have any problems be they related to delivery, warranties or any other concerns, we would always ask you to contact us as a first port of call. We will then deal with any issues and work with you to get them sorted as soon as possible.

Delivery and collection:

95% of our ranges can be dispatched to be with you within 24 hours. On most products you will see that if ordered by 11.00am, we guarantee next working day delivery.Equally, should you wish for us to hold the goods for you until a specific date, we can. Most of our ranges are held in stock, so should you want to take the goods with you, we'll help you load up and you can take them away. If you're considering collecting a product, please call us prior to coming down. We'll check it's all in stock and let you know whether you can actually fit it in the vehicle you're thinking of bringing.
