Trampoline Anchors

Trampoline anchors, or tie-down kits as they are sometimes known, are not necessary for everyday useage. A trampoline is heavy enough that it will not move around when in use. They are though very necessary to stop the trampoline blowing over in high winds. If your trampoline is situated in an area of the garden that is exposed to the wind, we highly recommend an anchor kit. If a trampoline does blow over,parts of the framework can bend and only a slight bend can mean that that part needs replacing, a costly exercise. As well as bending the steelwork, the trampoline netting, pads and jump mat are often damaged if the trampoline lands on a fence or half way up a tree! For an investment of around £20, a trampoline anchor kit is well worth it.
